“Against Oblivion” – Study Visit for students from Würzburg University

Continuing their tradition of returning to Auschwitz are students from the University of Würzburg. This is an initiative begun three years ago by a former volunteer from the Centre for Dialogue and Prayer who is now a student in Würzburg. They have a full study program organized with visits to Museum Auschwitz, multimedia presentation, Jewish Centre, art exhibition Marian Kolodziej in Harmeze and meeting with a survivor. Support staff and facilities in Centre for Dialogue and Prayer are included for reflections and evening processing. Following their visit to Auschwitz the students organize an ongoing cooperation and encounter with students in the Jagiellonian University Krakow.
