Study Visit for students from IONA College
Professor Elena Procario-Foley returns to the Centre for Dialogue and Prayer for Iona’s fourth study visit 09-16 March, 2013. This is part of a three unit course for the students. Their programme in Oswiecim/Auschwitz entails study tours in the camps, a series of lectures, seminar with the students in PWSZ, meeting with survivor, guided visit to Jewish Centre Oswiecim and town, Labyrinth exhibition of Mariam Kolodziej in Harmeze, and Jewish quarter and city of Krakow. Professor Elena Procario-Foley teaches Iona’s core course in Religious Studies; Introduction to Christian Theology; Images of Jesus throughout History; Jesus and Judaism.
She is a well known person in the field of Christian – Jewish dialogue.
