“Against Forgetting” – study tour to Zgorzelec-Auschwitz-Krakow and Dresden

A journey  in the footsteps of the past and into the present is a living history lesson and provides  a time for education and reflection. In the study tour  will be young people from the district of Bad Kreuznach. The main aim of the project “Against Forgetting” is a visit to the Memorial Place Auschwitz-Birkenau and discussion on the racial ideology of Nazism and its consequences.

The Ecumenical Home for Children and Youth in Winzeheim is an organization of the evangelical church  that offers a rich program for children and students regardless of color, skin, language or faith. The house offers fun and education and organizes extra-curricular activities like study visits to Remembrance Places, trainings, festivals, workshops.
